Promising a combination of precision, ultra small footprint, and low power consumption, the ADA4000-1 op amp with a JFET input boasts of the best precision of any op amp in its class with an 80% lower input-bias current and a 50% lower offset voltage. The device relies on the company's iPolar trench isolation process technology to reduce power consumption by 75% in a package that is also 75% smaller than comparable devices. Features include an input-bias current of 10 pA, operating voltage from ±5V to ±15V, input offset of 1 mV, noise figure of 15 nV/√Hz, slew rate of 20 V/μs, and a 6-MHz bandwidth.
