Forty years worth of Analog Dialogue, the technical magazine of Analog Devices (ADI) that has published since 1967, is now available on a compilation CD. The magazine is the longest-running in-house publication in the electronics industry, according to an ADI release. It has served as a forum for the exchange of circuits, systems, and software for real-world signal processing. Over the years, editors have reported on topics like products, applications, technology, and techniques for analog, digital, and mixed-signal processing. Every article on the CD — from Volume 1, Number 1, 1967, through Volume 40, Number 4, 2006 — can be accessed by volume and by author. Columns like Editor's Notes, "Ask The Applications Engineer," and Barrie Gilbert's "The Wit and Wisdom of Dr. Leif" are also included. Analog Dialogue is also published monthly on the Web at www.analog.com/analogdialogue, and features tutorials, new product briefs, data sheets, application notes, and eNewsletters. The CD, priced at $50, is available through any local ADI sales office.
