These high-power, low on-resistance MOSFETs come housed in a new TO-264-style package that uses clips rather than mounting holes for attaching them to pc boards. The elimination of the mounting hole allows the package to accept 25% more die than a standard TO-264. The 264 MAX-packaged MOSFETs offer on-resistances from 60 to 450 milliohms and are available with breakdown voltages from 500V to 1,200V and current ratings from 27A to 77A. Evaluation samples are available from stock and prices range from $25.99 to $26.80 each/1,000.
