Coming on the scene as the first precision JFET amplifier in an SC70 package, the AD8627 features single-supply operation from 5V to 26V and lower input bias currents than its predecessor, the AD820. The device exhibits a maximum offset voltage of 500 µV and a maximum input bias current of 1 pA. Providing rail-to-rail output and near rail-to-rail input makes it suitable for use as a d/a or a/d converter buffer.
