Claimed as the first 900V switching diode to be housed in a SUPERmini package, the CMXD2004TO consists of three individual, opposing-polarity, 300V diodes in a 6-lead SOT-26 package. Through the use of an alternative mounting pad geometry, the three diodes are configured in series as a single 900V device, perfect for high voltage switching applications, the company says. The CMXD2004TO can also be configured in other combinations, offering designers further flexibility. Pricing starts at $0.26 each for 3,000 pcs on a 7ls reel. Sample devices are available upon request. CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., Hauppauge, NY. (631) 435-1110
