Fashioned for precision applications requiring very high current gain, the ALD1105 monolithic complementary MOSFET array integrates an ALD1116 dual n-channel and an ALD1117 dual p-channel MOSFET. The matched transistor pairs exhibit an input impedance of 1013O, a negative current temperature coefficient, and a dc-current gain of 109. Gate input leakage current is 30 pA at room temperature. According to the company, the ALD1105's high input impedance and dc current gain are responsible for extremely low current loss through the control gate. Available in 14-lead PDIP or SOIC packages, pricing starts at $1 each/1,000. ADVANCED LINEAR DEVICES INC., Sunnyvale, CA. (408) 747-1155.
