Targeting high-voltage precision designs, the OPA454 operational amplifier operates on supplies up to 100V and delivers an output current of ±50 mA with a 150-mA short-circuit limit. Unity-gain stable, the op amp specifies a slew rate of 10 V/ms and a gain-bandwidth product of 2.5 MHz. It operates from a single or dual supply of ±4V (8V) to ±50V (100V) and delivers a DC accuracy of 4-mV maximum offset and a 5 mV/°C drift. Other features include a bias current of ±110 pA and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. Available in an SO-8 PowerPAD package, price is $3.45 each/100. The OPA454 will also be available in an HSOP-20 PowerPAD during the second quarter. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC., Dallas, TX. (800) 477-8924.
