While it may seem that everything in today's electronic devices is digital, nothing could be further from the truth, as analog still plays a significant role in current devices and platforms. DACs, ADCs, and some amplifiers use analog electronics to produce vibrant sounds. Switch-mode power supplies with high currents all still require analog circuitry. Suffice to say, analog technology hasn't disappeared and is still evolving to meet consumers' demands. In this roundup, we will take a look at some of the latest analog innovations.
