Isle-of-Wight, England: FPGA solutions company RF Engines completed a study for the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) Laboratories, and signed a contract to implement a laboratory demonstration system that will incorporate the study results.
The system provides a digital receiver architecture that can detect and characterise signals with a range of modulation schemes and durations. This work follows a CEA evaluation of RF Engines' Pipelined Frequency Transform demonstration system.
