Space Saving, Energy Saving Thermoelectric Air Conditioners

Feb. 13, 2014
TECA Corporation introduces the largest flush-mounted thermoelectric air conditioners currently available on the market.

TECA Corp. has introduced what are reportedly the largest thermoelectric air conditioners currently available on the market. For enclosures with limited space, flush-mounted air conditioners offer cooling without physical intrusion into the enclosure. TECA's new air conditioners mount flush against the enclosure without the aid of additional frames, flanges or accessories. Environmental gasket and hardware are included to preserve the environmental integrity of the enclosure.

TECA's newly expanded line has the highest cooling capacity ratings in the industry, allowing for reliable thermoelectric cooling in larger applications. High efficiency "Green Zone" models have a C.O.P. rating of .83, reducing operation costs by using less energy. Increasing the energy savings is TECA's exclusive Eco-Mode temperature controller feature, which is included in most TECA air conditioner models. In Eco-Mode, the air conditioner acts as a heat exchanger, passively cooling the enclosure. The new line of flush-mounted air conditioners uses up to 85% less energy in Eco-Mode than in the active cool mode.

TECA's newest flush mounted thermoelectric air conditioners are configured for environments including NEMA-12, NEMA-4 and NEMA-4X. Industrial grade or military grade fans are used depending on customer requirements. Customization is available.
