The Embedded Webserver software suite is claimed to be the industry's first solution to implement full-featured Internet protocol stacks, enabling 8-bit µPs to access the Internet. The suite runs on the company's Z180 microprocessors and adheres to standards defined by groups such as the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the World Wide Web Consortium. When the software is used with the microprocessors, all three criteria that embedded users require for their Internet-enabled applications are reportedly met The products include fully-compliant, full-featured Internet protocol software snf a processor with enough address space to process IP packets.
