16-GHz DFD Packs PMOP Detection

The FM021814 digital frequency discriminator (DFD) includes phase modulation on pulse (PMOP) detection as part of its repertoire of functions. It combines the ability to generate phase and frequency information data streams to deliver reliable and accurate information instantaneously. The FM021814 monitors the 2-GHz to 18-GHz band instantaneously and measures pulse frequencies as short as 50 ns with an RMS accuracy of 3 MHz.
