Several discrete power management circuit functions are integrated on a single chip in the SP705-708/813L/813M family of low-power MCU supervisory ICs. Other features include watchdog timer, microprocessor reset output, power fail comparator, and a manual reset input. The chips are suited for MCU- or CPU-based systems that require critical monitoring of the power supply during power down, brownout or power supply fault conditions. They're implemented in a low-power CMOS process that delivers power supply requirements of 25 µA typical and 60 µA maximum.
