The Model 6100 laser diode and temperature controller speaks of unmatched precision current and temperature control

The Model 6100 laser diode and temperature controller speaks of unmatched precision current and temperature control. The unit features a 500 mA/1,500 mA current supply range and a 32W temperature controller. Its design exploits DSP-based PID control to achieve a less than 0.001°C temperature stability and a 1.3 µA ripple figure. Other features include a four-line alpha-numeric menu system, two seven-segment displays, and a fast LIV measurement function. NEWPORT CORP., Irvine, CA. (800) 222-6440.
