The SFS11600H-LF fixed frequency synthesizer from Z-Communications is designed to generate an output signal of 11.6 GHz while being fixed to an external 100 MHZ reference oscillator.

The SFS11600H-LF fixed frequency synthesizer from Z-Communications is designed to generate an output signal of 11.6 GHz while being fixed to an external 100 MHZ reference oscillator. The X-Band PLL delivers a phase noise performance of -98 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and -103 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. It also delivers a nominal output power of 0 dBm into a 50Ω load and operates with a VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 85 mA (typical) and a phase locked loop voltage of 3.3 Vdc while drawing 40 mA (typical). It features harmonic suppression of -30 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBC. It is ideal for automated surface mount assembly and guaranteed over the industrial temperature range of -40° to 85°C.
