Said to be innovative in the realm of solar power, the Solaron platform consisting of photovoltaic (PV) inverters log in with a 97%, CEC-weighted efficiency rating, leading to claims of best-in-planet for large commercial, grid-tie photovoltaic installations. The first models for North America provide 333 kW via a transformerless, UL-certified architecture. They rely on PV-inverter technology that converts dc power from solar-cell arrays to ac, allowing commercial installations to produce targeted output-power levels with fewer solar modules and allegedly lower balance-of-system costs. The first Solaron model offers a transformerless, grid-tie design with patented soft-switching technology and is NRTL-certified to UL 1741. A wide maximum power point tracking window ensures maximum, daylong processing power. Additionally, both local and remote data access allows monitoring the system's performance from anywhere.
