The IMT series dc/dc converters are claimed to be low-cost, high performance, and high-reliability versions of industry standard bricks. The modules operate at a fixed frequency, said to make EMI filtering easier and incorporate patented flat-transformer technology that distributes power among multiple cores. This approach is aid to result in lower leakage inductance and lower inter-winding capacitance. Several modules can be paralleled for higher output current or linked in series for a higher output voltage. Other features include adjustable output voltage, over-temperature, -voltage and -current protection, remote sensing and on/off control, and UL, CSA, TUV and CE approval. Single unit pricing starts at $129 with delivery from stock to six weeks ARO.
