Boosting power in the Delphi series full-brick dc/dc converter, the F48SA accepts a single 36V to 75V input and provides a single 28V output with an output power up to 700W. Reportedly surpassing industry standards, the converter specifies a typical efficiency in excess of 91.5% at full output. Like other modules in the series, the F48SA includes protection against abnormal input/output voltage, current, and temperature and meets all safety requirements. Basic insulation adheres to the 2.25 kV isolation specification. Other features include a heat spreader for optimal thermal coupling and conduction cooling, and an optional heat sink for extending thermal operation. Price is $130 each/1,000.
