Digital Solution Precisely Monitors Compressed-Air Flow in Real-Time

June 10, 2022
AVENTICS pneumatic sensors and IIoT-enabled software architecture from Emerson can precisely monitor compressed-air flow in real-time to identify leaks, optimize pneumatic processes, and improve air-flow efficiency.

Check out our Hannover Fair 2022 coverage.

Emerson's AVENTICS Series AF2 Sensors monitor air consumption in pneumatic systems. The data they collect helps detect leaks faster, optimizes energy consumption, prevents machine downtime, and cuts costs.

The solution calculates air-usage data with integrated software that displays trends and anomalies on analytics dashboards, allowing operators to easily regulate supply pressures and detect leaks. The system’s built-in connectivity eases deployment and provides immediate insights at the machine level, with network capability paving the way for monitoring compressed air usage enterprise-wide.
