Passive Probes Pick Away At Power Supplies

Expanding the TPP Series passive voltage probes, the TPP0850 and TPP0502 cater to the development of efficient power supplies and power semiconductors. The TPP0850 delivers an 800-MHz bandwidth for voltage signals up to 2.5 kVp-p and is useable with switching circuits operating at 1.2 kV_RMS. With a 500-MHz bandwidth, the TPP0502 enables an attenuation factor of 2X and exhibits low capacitive loading. Additionally, both probes offer smart communication with MSO/DPO5000 and MSO/DPO4000B Series oscilloscopes through the TekVPI interface.
