Connecting to a PC via USB, the iQ-200 thermal analysis system simultaneously measures air temperature, velocity, and pressure at multiple points to profile heat sinks, components, and PCBs.

Connecting to a PC via USB, the iQ-200 thermal analysis system simultaneously measures air temperature, velocity, and pressure at multiple points to profile heat sinks, components, and PCBs. It simultaneously captures data from 12 J-type thermocouples, 16 air temperature/velocity sensors, and four differential pressure sensors. Temperature data ranges from -40°C to +750°C and pressure measurements span 0 to 0.15 psi (0 to 1,034 Pa). The system includes iSTAGE software that manages data and provides a graphic presentation thereof. Price is $24,500 including the thermocouples and sensors.
