Low-Cost PRNG Suits Audio System Testing

Specially designed for audio system testing, the Model 109 incorporates a pseudo-random noise generator (PRNG) for white and pink noise output, a sine wave generator, and an arbitrary waveform generator (ARB). Test mode and output voltage can be set from the front panel or by a personal computer over an RS-232 link. The unitÕs internal EEPROM can be also programmed over the RS-232 for arbitrary waveforms. Examples included with the instrument are a two-tone output for IM distortion measurement and a tone-burst. Single quantity price is $289.00.
