Two GaAs RF power amplifiers and a GaAs RF integrated front end device are specifically designed for the ISM 2.4-GHz band. They’re well suited for use in home RF, Bluetooth, shared wireless access protocol (SWAP), wireless local-loop and wireless LAN products. The ITT2301AF is a single-bias power amp that operates from a 2V to 5.5V battery supply. Output power is 26 dBm at 3.6V with gain of 26 dB. It comes in a TSSOP-16 package. The ITT2303GJ is similar but is packaged in an MSOP-8 housing. The ITT2302GF is an integrated front end with a single-bias RF power amp, TR switch and low-noise amplifier.
