Design Support For Integrated ZigBee/Smart Energy RF FEM

2.4 GHz integrated RF FEM designed for ZigBee/Smart Energy applications.

RFMW is providing design and sales support for Skyworks’ SE2432L, a high performance, fully integrated RF front end module designed for ZigBee/Smart Energy applications. The 2.4 GHz front end module is designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility, with integrated fully matched input baluns, integrated inter-stage matching and harmonic filter and digital controls compatible with 1.6 – 3.6 V CMOS levels. Capable of operating over a wide supply voltage range from 2.0 V to 3.6 V with a ON/OFF time of < 800 nSec, the RF blocks can be used in battery powered applications over a wide spectrum of the battery discharge curve such as in-home appliances and smart thermostats. Housed in a 3 x 4 x 0.9 mm Skyworks Green package, the SE2432L RF front end module is priced at $2.71 each, $2.54 each/100, or $2.23 each/500.
