The PGB002ST23 ESD suppressor is a two-line device based on the JEDEC standard SOT23 configuration. The device offers an extremely low capacitance (less than 1 pF), a low leakage current (less than 1 nA), and is well-suited for use in protecting sensitive data, signal and control lines. The suppressor complies with the full IEC 61000-4-2 test standard through Level 4. Other key features include a response time of less than 1 ns and a clamping voltage of 150V. The device is rated for applications that have an operating voltage of 24 Vdc or less. Pricing for the device is set at $0.23 each/500,000.
