    Providing overvoltage transient circuit protection for data lines and other applications, these surface-mount, two-electrode gas tubes come in two types: a miniature, 5-mm diameter, 2.5 kA part called M51-C90SMD; and a standard 9-mm diameter, 5 kA part named B1-C90/20SMD. The devices come on tape-and-reel ready for automatic insertion operations.
