Operating over the entire frequency range of 10 MHz to 40 GHz, Model 603SK Planar Doped Barrier Detector is available with an input connector of 3.5 mm, 2.4 mm or K male. Frequency response: is ±0.3 dB to 20 GHz; ±0.6 dB to 26.5 GHz; and ±1.0 dB to 40 GHz. Maximum VSWR is 1.3 to 20 GHz, 1.4 to 26.5 GHz, and 1.5 to 40 GHz. Low level sensitivity is 0.4 mV/µW min. and video impedance is 0.8 to 3.0 Kiloohms.
An application note is available from the company that outlines detector risetime vs. RF performance and dc output voltage as a function of temperature from -60°C to +100°C. Delivery is from stock to three weeks.
