Said to provide users with an extremely low-cost solution for applications such as point-of-sale, club membership, and other ID card checkers, access management and remote terminals for computers, V3 Series of manual swipe magnetic card readers conforms to ISO 7810/7813 standards. Available in single-, dual- and triple-track versions, V3A swipe reader is off-white in color with dimensions of 90 mm wide x 26.5 mm high x 28 mm deep, whereas the V4B is black with dimensions of 100 mm wide x 32 mm high x 32.5 mm deep. Each version is available with or without a protective, snap-on cover, and each is a read-only unit. Card feeding speed is 100 to 1200 mm/s with operating power of 5 vdc, ± 10% and power consumption of 3 mA typical and 5 mA maximum.
