Relying on HVCMOS technology, the HV2201 and the HV2301 low-charge injection, 8-channel high-voltage analog switch ICs operate with voltages up to 200V with a quiescent current of 10 µA. The HV2301 features integrated bleed resistors that minimize noise and reduce PCB spacing requirements. Shared features include a 22Ω switch resistance to minimize return signal attenuation and serial shift register control. The devices combine high-voltage bilateral DMOS switches and low power CMOS logic. The HV2201 and the HV2301 are available in-28 pin PLCC, 32-pin BCC, and 48-pin TQFP packages, and all parts are green and RoHS compliant. Samples are available from stock. Lead-time for production quantities is four to six weeks ARO. Prices range from $10.11 to 11.68 each/ 1,000. SUPERTEX INC., Sunnyvale, CA. (408) 222-8888
