A new RF box has been designed to solve RFI/EMI problems in many fields of electronics, from instrumentation to low power radio equipment. The DOUBLE box can be housed inside a larger enclosure to solve a particular problem within a system or be used as the actual system enclosure. The new enclosures are made from bright mild steel and finished with hot tin plating for easier soldering. The two clip-on lids have a series of contact fingers on each edge for good continuity when fitted. Seven standard sizes have external dimensions ranging from 2.12" x 1.96" x 1.02" to 6.33" x 2.67" x 1.06". On demand, the DOUBLE RF boxes can be pre-punched with the necessary holes and cutouts for the components. Pricing starts at $4. TEKO ENCLOSURES INC., Bridgeville, PA. (800) 965-9872.
