Programmable Oscillator Available From 340-kHz to 250 MHz

The JITO-2P is a plastic-encased oscillator that's designed to be a drop-in replacement for the Epson SG615 fixed-frequency oscillator or the Epson SG8002JA programmable oscillator. Its manufacturer can program it to any frequency from 340 kHz to 250 MHz. At the same time, it features less phase jitter than competitive programmable oscillators. It offers ±100- or ±50-ppm frequency stabilities. Available in 5.0- and 3.3-V models, it's offered in an HCMOS output structure. Its operating temperature ranges from −10°C to 70°C. Input current ranges from 15 to 55 mA for the 5-V models, and from 8 to 30 mA for the 3.3-V models.
