The company now offers threading and tapping capabilities for both metric and inch sizes for implementation on custom socket receptacles. For unique applications requiring a non-soldered, field-replaceable interconnect, such as a socket location terminated on a metal plate, threaded or tapped pin receptacles are possible. Tapping the interior back hole of a receptacle allows for screw-attachment of threaded mating pins. For further information, call MILL-MAX MANUFACTURING CORP., Oyster Bay, NY. (516) 922-6000.
