Intended for Stratum 3 timing and synchronization applications, the K2000 series of voltage-controlled, oven-sized crystal oscillators (VCOCXOs) operate with 5V or 12V power supply voltages. Housed in a compact, hermetically-sealed DIL14 package, the 12V version carries a frequency stability of less than ±100 ppb over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C. The overall frequency stability, including temperature, voltage, load and aging, is less than ±337 ppb/day. The device maintains its frequency to within ±4 ppm over 10 years. Phase noise is less than -95 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz. The voltage-control pull-in/hold-in function is greater than ±10 ppm with linearity deviating less than 10%. K2000 VCOCXOs come in standard frequencies of up to 20 MHz, with frequencies above 20 MHz to 38.88 MHz optional. Pricing starts at $75 each/1000.
