The Model 2010A, a stud-mount piezoelectric accelerometer, integrates the electronic components necessary for general vibration measurements on structures and objects. It features a high signal-to-noise ratio and output sensitivity with a wide bandwidth up to 10 kHz. The accelerometer transmits a low-impedance voltage output through the same cable that supplies constant current. Other features include a hermetically sealed design and a side connector that is used with a 10' coaxial cable terminated with a 10-32 connector for error-free operation.
