VCO Features Extra modulation Port

Sept. 9, 2011
Operating from 150 MHz to 195 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V, the CVCO55FLM-0150-0195 VCO provides an extra modulation port (TX modulation).

Operating from 150 MHz to 195 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V, the CVCO55FLM-0150-0195 VCO provides an extra modulation port (TX modulation). The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -25 kHz/V. Typical phase noise of is -118 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and output power is typically 0 dBm. Input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 5 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
