The GLV-24-150 constant-voltage LED power supply, from Green Watt Power (a division of Calex Mfg. Co.), features a 100- to 277-V ac universal input range and a 24-V dc output voltage at 6.25 A. The input current at 110 V ac at full load is 1.8 A and 0.9 A at 220 V ac full load. Cold start inrush current at 220 V ac is 50 A maximum. The RoHS-compliant driver features 90% efficiency and 0.95 power-factor correction. Noise and ripple is 500 mV p-p. It has a 200-ms rise time with 2% load regulation. The GLV-24-150 comes in an IP67-rated, 8.98- by 2.83- by 1.73-in., fully encapsulated enclosure that has flanges to facilitate mounting. Flying leads are available, suiting the unit for various interconnect requirements. Overvoltage and overtemperature protection, as well as short-circuit protection with auto recovery, are included.
