DIN Rail Terminal Block Controls Relays

Automation Systems Interconnect Inc. (ASI) has introduced PLC pluggable relay terminal block modules used to interface between automation equipment and system auxiliary systems. The pluggable jumpers make bridging common inputs and outputs simple and save on labor and wiring costs. 

One example of this family of pluggable relay terminal blocks is the ASI328003. It is a space saving 6.2mm wide SPDT 6 Amp, 250 VAC/30 VDC pluggable relay module with a 24 VAC coil. It mounts on standard DIN rail and has a pluggable relay with locking ejector for easy replacement.  It is equipped with a red LED status display as well as protection diodes and inductive kickback protection. It accepts a push in jumper bar with red or blue insulator which measures 500 mm long and can be cut to fit the length.
