Described as an innovative approach, the TOPJOBS 862 series DIN-mount terminal blocks employ the company’s CAGE CLAMP spring-pressure technology that allows solid and tin-bonded wire or ferruled stranded wire to be connected by inserting the wire into the clamping mechanism. No tools are required, however, users have the option of connecting all wire types via screwdriver actuation. Rated at 600V and, depending on the model, up to 87A, the components are capable of terminating wire sizes from 28 to 4 AWG. Additionally, blocks are available in 2-, 3-, and 4-conductor feed-through or grounding versions. WAGO CORP., Germantown, WI. (800) 346-7245.
