A family of static-dissipative compounds (SDCs) said to improve reliability and save time in the manufacture of chip trays and related products is also claimed to eliminate the need for surfactant coatings or blooming antistats. SDCs are non-sloughing, perform independent of environmental humidity, and can be washed or wiped off without losing static dissipative performance. They are also colorable and are bakeable at 65°C for 24 hours.
