805 Series side-entry terminal blocks claim to offer the industry’s only internal jumper system. Available in standard two- to 24-pole configurations, the PCB blocks feature 3.5-mm pin spacing for conductor sizes from AWG 24 to 16 and are UL/CUL certified at 300V/10A. Terminating stranded conductors merely entails depressing the pushbutton with a screwdriver to open the clamping unit, inserting the conductor, and releasing the mechanism. Conductor entries are 0° (parallel to PCB) and an optional test port provides hands-free troubleshooting with direct contact to a current bar for readings.
