Designed for 13.5 mm x 8 mm x 1.2 mm BGA packages, the SG-BGA-7199 socket provides a hole in the middle with a mechanism for attaching thermal stream accessories. Operating at bandwidths up to 10 GHz with less than 1 dB of insertion loss, contact resistance is typically 20 m? per I/O. The socket connects all pins with 10 GHz bandwidth on all connections. Other features include an operating temperature range from -35°C to +100°C, a pin self inductance of 0.15 nH, mutual inductance of 0.025 nH, capacitance to ground of 0.01 pF, and a current rating of 2A per pin.
