The A1035-H GPS antenna module claims to meet the most critical requirements of the GPS market: high performance, new features, low cost, plus fast and seamless system integration. The module is based on the company’s A1084 GPS receiver, which is designed around the SiRFstar III GPS chip. The A1035-H antenna module measures 16.5 mm x 30.5 mm x 30.5mm and draws an average of 85 mW in tracking mode. It also provides an additional input for external antennas. By changing the state of an input pin, the application can switch between this external, typically active antenna (giving the module a tracking sensitivity of -159 dBm) and the integrated antenna. The integrated antenna can thus be used as a safety backup. VINCOTECH GMBH, Unterhaching, Germany. +49 (0) 89 8780 67 - 0.
