Offered in ceramic ball grid array (BGA) packages, the CHC-Precision series resistor networks deploy all circuits on the bottom side of the component in order to eliminate wrap-around terminations. The package design also allows for washing under the component to eliminate shunting effects resulting from assembly-process residues. The networks are available in eight- and 16-pad packages and resistance values from 10 ohms to 100 kohms with a maximum working voltage of 50V. Other specs include TCR tracking to ±5ppm/°C, ratio tolerances to ±0.05%, absolute tolerances to ±0.1%, and absolute TCRs to ±25ppm/°C. Operating temperature range is -55°C to + 150°C. Pricing is $1 each/10,000. IRC INC., Corpus Christi, TX. (361) 992-7900.
