Designed to meet the requirements of video and high-speed signal processing applications, the ZXFV201 quad video amplifier offers a bandwidth of 300 MHz, a slew rate of 400 V/µs, and an output drive rating of 40 mA. The device is said to maintain stability with up to 400 pF of capacitive load. Differential gain and phase are 0.01% and 0.01¼, respectively. Power supply requirements are ±5V at a current of 7 mA per amplifier. The device is characterized for -40¡C to +85¡C operation and is pin compatible with comparable products. Targeted applications include video amplification and buffering, RGB driving, video switching and distribution, high frequency instrumentation and filtering, and medical imaging. The 1,000 piece price for the ZXFV201 is $2.00 each. Delivery is quoted at four to six weeks in production volumes.
