Augmenting the BlueStreak line of ARM-based microcontrollers and system-on-chip (SoC) devices, the 32-bit LH79524 and 16/32-bit LH79525 are based on an ARM7 core and operate at 77.4 MHz. Both devices include 16 KB of SRAM, I2C and I2S interfaces, counter/timers, SDRAM controllers, and watchdog timers. They also support all types of flash memory, including NAND flash. Other features include a power management unit, low voltage operation (1.8V core, 1.8V or 3.3V I/O), and an integrated PLL. Prices are under $12 each/10,000.
