Promoting low-power consumption and high-bandwidth performance for cellular products, the company's single data rate (SDR) mobile RAM devices employ edge pads that allow them to be quickly integrated into multi-chip package and system-in-package designs. The EDL6416CABH, ECL6416CACN, EDL6416BABH, and ECL6416BACN are organized as 1M words x 16 bits x 4 banks and, depending on the device, operate on supply voltages of 1.8V or 2.5V. The devices operate at 133 MHz (2.5V) or 100 MHz (1.8V) with CAS latencies of 2 and 3, respectively.
