The STM32H5 series of MCUs from STMicroelectronics is presented as the first microcontrollers with a trusted execution environment (TEE) solution, where developers can choose from the most essential building blocks to fully certified services. Based on the 32-bit Arm Cortex-M33 core running as high as 250 MHz, the MCUs offer a cost-effective combination of performance and security.

They're available with up to 2 MB of dual-bank flash memory, up to 640 kB of SRAM, high peripheral integration, and packaging options from 25 to 176 pins. Able to operate at up to 125°C ambient temperature, the STM32H5 provides scalable security. It can be supplied with the most essential security services up to fully certified building blocks maintained by ST over the product lifecycle.
