An extensive line of magnetically operated reed proximity sensors has been developed for pc board mounting or as standalone packages. And they can be equipped with virtually any type of connector or engineered to meet user specs. The sensors are offered in three standard types: cylindrical for use as positioners and limit switches; screw-mount types; and PCB-mount styles for use as through-hole and surface-mount devices. The devices are available in sensitivities ranging from 5 to 30 AT, switching voltages from 30 to 2,500 Vdc, and switching powers from 1 to 100 W/VA. Operating times vary depending on the model.
