Designed for use with the PowerMod family of components, the company's press-fit contacts provide a solder-free connection to the PCB and employ a flat-rock design that is said to eliminate the need for special installation tools. They are available for both straight-through male and female connectors and support two ranges of PCB thickness: 2.4 mm to 4.5 mm and 4.5 mm to 6.5 mm. Non-standard sizes are also available. The contacts report low-contact resistance and are UL listed to 23A per circuit for board-to-board applications and 25A per circuit in board-to-cable applications.
