Enlarging the company's 128 x 64 chip-on-glass (COG) LCD line are several models that expand the choice of viewing areas to three distinct sizes: 50 mm x 25 mm, 70 mm x 40 mm, and 60.6 mm x 33.1 mm. Dot size ranges from 0.33 mm x 0.33 mm to 0.48 mm x 0.48 mm. In addition to the COG displays, five unique modules that incorporate a white LED backlight are available. Backlight voltage ranges from 2.3V to 3.5V with typical current consumptions of 20 mA to 80 mA, making them suitable for mobile applications. The product line also adds modules with RGB backlights, allowing users to switch between red, green, or blue backlights and combinations to create up to seven backlight colors.
